Tikka beefburgers
Beefburgers are given extra spice by adding tikka paste to the recipe.
What you need
- 675 g minced beef (about 15% fat content)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- seasoning
- 6 tsp oil
- 3 tsp tikka paste
Method
Combine the beef and onion in a bowl. Season. Add the tikka paste. Divide the mixture into portions.
Wth wetted hands, shape the portions into burgers about 6 cm in diameter. Lightly brush them with oil.
Place them on a prepared barbecue and cook for 10-12 min, turning once during cooking.
