Nimbo pani

This traditional Indian drink is wonderfully refreshing on a hot, dry day. Make with fresh limes or lemons.

What you need

85 ml fresh lime juice
1 l water
50 g caster sugar (or to taste)
1 pinch salt
12 ice cubes

Method

  1. Mix the lime juice with the water. Stir in the sugar and salt until dissolved.

  2. Serve with ice.
