Nimbo pani
This traditional Indian drink is wonderfully refreshing on a hot, dry day. Make with fresh limes or lemons.
What you need
- 85 ml fresh lime juice
- 1 l water
- 50 g caster sugar (or to taste)
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 ice cubes
Method
Mix the lime juice with the water. Stir in the sugar and salt until dissolved.
Serve with ice.
Serving suggestion
Add crushed mint leaves or rose petals to add more fragrant aromas. Decorate glasses with twists of lime.
