Cajun spice mix
A spicy seasoning from New Orleans. Mix in a little oil and rub over chicken, steak or fish before cooking.
What you need
- 60 ml paprika
- 6 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tsp cumin seeds
- 6 tsp dry mustard
- 6 tsp dried crushed chillies
- 60 ml dried thyme
- 6 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tsp salt
Method
Mix everything together.
Pack in small screw top jars and label.
