Tasty turkey burgers
Quick and simple, but very tasty, turkey burgers
What you need
- Burgers
- 500 g minced turkey
- 1/2 onion, very finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- To serve
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 leaves of lettuces
- 4 baps
- 4 tbps mayonnaise
Method
Mix together the burger ingredients. Divide the burger into equal parts and then create a flattened burger shape.
Grill the burgers until cooked thoroughly.
Slice the tomatoes, and the lettuce.
Lightly toast the each half of the rolls.
Assemble the burgers and serve with the mayonnaise.
Serving suggestion
Serve with a salad and/or chips or fries
