Tomato, frankfurter and mushroom dippers
These tasty little dippers are great for entertaining large numbers, served with a selection of dips.
What you need
- 15 g butter
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 12 button mushrooms, wiped and halved
- 12 mini frankfurters
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Method
Melt the butter in a small frying pan. Add garlic and mushrooms. Fry for 3-4 min until cooked.
Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly. Thread half a tomato onto each skewer (one per serving), followed by a frankfurter and finally a mushroom. Serve immediately.
