Blue cheese dip
A perfect partner for celery sticks or use to top jacket potatoes.
What you need
- 90 ml soured cream
- 75 g rindless blue stilton cheese, crumbled
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp snipped fresh chives
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season to taste.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
