What you need

90 ml soured cream
75 g rindless blue stilton cheese, crumbled
3 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp snipped fresh chives

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season to taste.

  2. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
