French dressing
A classic salad dressing.
What you need
- 175 ml olive oil
- 6 tsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tsp fresh lemon juice,
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- seasoning
Method
Combine ingredients in a screw-top jar. Season to taste.
Seal and shake until thoroughly mixed.
Serve chilled.
Serving suggestion
Toss into lettuce leaves or any salad.
