Salsa

A lovely accompaniment to grilled meats and fish or Mexican food.

What you need

1 onion, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped,
4 tomatoes, peeled, de-seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
6 tsp olive oil
freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lime
seasoning to taste.

Method

  1. Combine ingredients.
