Beany dip
A party dip to serve with tortilla chips or nachos.
What you need
- 225 g canned refried beans
- 100-150 ml soured cream
- seasoning
- 25 g finely grated cheddar cheese
Method
Mash the beans with the soured cream, seasoning and cheese. Chill for 1-2 hrs.
Spoon into a serving dish.
Serving suggestion
Serve with an assortment of Mexican tortilla chips. Garnish with olives and a sprinkling of chilli powder.
