Yogurt and cucumber dip

A cooling accompaniment to curries.

What you need

300 ml natural yogurt
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 small cucumber, cut into thin strips
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. In a serving bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice and cucumber. Season with black pepper.

  2. Serve well chilled.
