Crunchy sauteed potatoes
A tasty way to cook potatoes.
What you need
- 900 g potatoes, scrubbed and halved
- seasoning
- 100-150 ml vegetable oil for frying
Method
Par-boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for 5 min. Drain well, cool slightly.
Slice the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the potato slices in batches until golden and skins are crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Spoon onto a warmed serving dish.
Serving suggestion
Grilled and roast meats and fish.
