Crunchy sauteed potatoes

A tasty way to cook potatoes.

What you need

900 g potatoes, scrubbed and halved
seasoning
100-150 ml vegetable oil for frying

Method

  1. Par-boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for 5 min. Drain well, cool slightly.

  2. Slice the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the potato slices in batches until golden and skins are crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Spoon onto a warmed serving dish.
