Buttered new potatoes with chives
This recipe couldn't be easier.
What you need
- 450 g new potatoes, scrubbed and very thinly sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- 40 g butter
- 45 ml snipped fresh chives
Method
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 min or until tender. Drain well.
Melt the butter in the pan and return the potatoes and chives. Toss well. Place in a warmed serving dish..
Serving suggestion
Roast chicken or grilled salmon.
