Buttered new potatoes with chives

This recipe couldn't be easier.

What you need

450 g new potatoes, scrubbed and very thinly sliced
1 pinch salt
40 g butter
45 ml snipped fresh chives

Method

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 min or until tender. Drain well.

  2. Melt the butter in the pan and return the potatoes and chives. Toss well. Place in a warmed serving dish..
