Smoked mackerel pate
A really easy pate to serve with hot toast or in a roll with salad.
What you need
- 175 g smoked mackerel fillets, skinned and boned
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 tsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tsp horseradish sauce
- seasoning
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Process to give a fairly smooth paste.
Serving suggestion
Hot toast.
