Smoked mackerel pate

A really easy pate to serve with hot toast or in a roll with salad.

What you need

175 g smoked mackerel fillets, skinned and boned
juice of 1 lemon
6 tsp mayonnaise
1-2 tsp horseradish sauce
seasoning

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Process to give a fairly smooth paste.
