Iced lemon ginger tea
A refreshing summer drink.
What you need
- 600 ml freshly made weak tea (no milk)
- 25 g caster sugar
- freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons, strained
- 40 ml approx chilled ginger ale
Method
Strain the tea into a jug. Stir in the sugar. Leave to cool completely.
Stir in the lemon juice. Pour into chilled glasses with enough ginger ale to top.
Serve well chilled.
Serving suggestion
Decorate with lemon slices.
