St Clement's yogurt shake
A yogurt and milk smoothie flavoured with oranges and lemon zest. So easy!
What you need
- finely grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 225 g greek yogurt
- 250 ml milk
- 3-6 tsp clear honey
Method
Place ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until well mixed.
Chill well.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Serving suggestion
Decorate with slices of kumquat and grated lemon and lime rind. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
