St Clement's yogurt shake

A yogurt and milk smoothie flavoured with oranges and lemon zest. So easy!

What you need

finely grated rind of 1 lemon
2 oranges, peeled and segmented
225 g greek yogurt
250 ml milk
3-6 tsp clear honey

Method

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until well mixed.

  2. Chill well.

  3. Pour into chilled glasses.
