Banana custard sticks
Use small, empty yogurt pots if you don't have any lolly bags to make these lollies.
What you need
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 300 ml ready-made custard
- ice lolly bag
Method
Peel the bananas and cut into chunks. Place in a food processor with the lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add the custard and whizz until blended.
Pour the mixture into ice lolly bags and seal with the clip provided (use a clothes peg if you don't have enough clips). Freeze until solid.
