Banana custard sticks

Use small, empty yogurt pots if you don't have any lolly bags to make these lollies.

What you need

2 large ripe bananas
3 tsp lemon juice
300 ml ready-made custard
ice lolly bag

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into chunks. Place in a food processor with the lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add the custard and whizz until blended.

  2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly bags and seal with the clip provided (use a clothes peg if you don't have enough clips). Freeze until solid.
