Tropical juice cocktail
A refreshing non-alcoholic party drink. This recipe is based on a mix of orange juice and fruit juice - but try using one of the tropical juices available in the supermarket.
What you need
- 300 ml apricot juice
- 300 ml orange juice
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water (or enough to top)
- To serve
- ice cube
- 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 lime, sliced
Method
Pour the apricot juice and orange juice into a large jug.
Pour in enough sparkling water to top.
Add enough ice cubes to the jug as required then the orange, lemon and lime slices.
Serving suggestion
Cook's tip
Any of the cartons of mixed fruit juices would be suitable for this cocktail, simply mix and match your fruit juices to taste.
