A refreshing granita to cleanse the palate in between courses.
What you need
- 40 ml champagne
- 50 g caster sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 75 g strawberries, hulled and quartered

To serve, scoop the granita into individual glasses.
Serving suggestion
