Citrus breakfast tea - microwave

Tea brewed in sweetened orange juice makes a delicious start to the day.

What you need

250 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
600 ml water
3 tsp caster sugar
2 tea bags

Method

  1. Place orange juice, water and sugar in a large jug. Cook for 8 min on 100% FULL power. Stir half-way through.

  2. Stir in the tea bags. Cover. Leave to stand for 4 min.

  3. Stir the tea. Remove tea bags. Pour into drinking glasses.
