Lychees with satsuma and guava

An almost instant Oriental fruit salad - these exotic fruits complement each other beautifully.

What you need

6 satsumas, peeled and segmented
425 g canned lychees in syrup
400 g canned guavas in syrup
3 tsp orange flower water
To garnish
4 sprigs fresh mint

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and divide into individual serving dishes.

  2. Decorate with sprigs of fresh mint.
