Lychees with satsuma and guava
An almost instant Oriental fruit salad - these exotic fruits complement each other beautifully.
What you need
- 6 satsumas, peeled and segmented
- 425 g canned lychees in syrup
- 400 g canned guavas in syrup
- 3 tsp orange flower water
- To garnish
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and divide into individual serving dishes.
Decorate with sprigs of fresh mint.
