Purple rain cocktail

Caribbean style cocktail using blue curacao and vodka.

What you need

6 tsp blue curacao
6 tsp vodka
3 tsp strawberry syrup
3 tsp fresh lime juice
150 ml apple juice

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine hthe blue curacao, vodka, strawberry syrup, lime juice and apple juice.

  2. Shake to mix well.

  3. Pour into a well chilled glass and top up with ice.
