Prune cinnamon butter
Spread onto hot muffins or crumpets. Yum!
What you need
- 40 g prunes, pitted
- 3 tsp orange juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100 g unsalted butter, softened
- 40 g icing sugar, sifted
Method
Soak the prunes in the orange juice for 30 min.
Roughly chop the prunes.
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Chill well before serving.
Serving suggestion
Serve on hot muffins or crumpets.
