Prune cinnamon butter

Spread onto hot muffins or crumpets. Yum!

What you need

40 g prunes, pitted
3 tsp orange juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g unsalted butter, softened
40 g icing sugar, sifted

Method

  1. Soak the prunes in the orange juice for 30 min.

  2. Roughly chop the prunes.

  3. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.

  4. Chill well before serving.
