Walnut cheese
This creamy cheese makes a stunning finale to any meal or is good served with crackers as a light snack.
What you need
- 225 g curd cheese
- 225 g cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 tsp creamed horseradish
- freshly ground black pepper
- 100 g shelled walnuts, finely ground
- to decorate
- 12 shelled walnut halves
Method
Grease and line a 10 cm round mould.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Press into the mould. Chill.
Turn out onto a serving plate. Decorate with walnut halves.
Serving suggestion
Crackers.
