Fanned potatoes
These crispy potatoes are roasted in the oven.
What you need
- 675 g potatoes, peeled and halved
- 25 g butter, melted
- 45 ml walnut oil
Method
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Place potatoes, cut side down, and cut thin slices lengthways across the potato.
Place on a baking sheet. Brush with the butter. Spoon the oil around the potatoes.
Roast for about 1 hour, basting occasionally, until golden and crisp.
Serving suggestion
Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley.
