Tomato and stilton toasts

These canapes couldn't be any easier.

What you need

50 g blue stilton
4 slices french bread, halved and toasted
3 cherry tomatoes, halved and sliced
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano

Method

  1. Slice the cheese into portions. Place one piece on one side of each piece of toast.

  2. Place a piece of tomato on the other side.

  3. Sprinkle with oregano.
