Tomato and stilton toasts
These canapes couldn't be any easier.
What you need
- 50 g blue stilton
- 4 slices french bread, halved and toasted
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
Method
Slice the cheese into portions. Place one piece on one side of each piece of toast.
Place a piece of tomato on the other side.
Sprinkle with oregano.
