Prawn and tartare bites

Easy canapes to make.

What you need

3 slices wholemeal bread
4 tsp tartare sauce
16 prawns
1 lemon, sliced and quartered
2-3 sprigs fresh dill

Method

  1. Cut bread slices into rounds using a 3 1/2 cm fluted cutter.

  2. Spread each round with 1/10 ml tartare sauce.

  3. Arrange the prawns, lemon slices and dill on top.
