Spicy peanut dip
A delicious and easy dip to make that can be served hot or cold.
What you need
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 225 g crunchy peanut butter
- 1-2 tsp chilli sauce
- 6 tsp soy sauce
- seasoning
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and onion. Fry for 1-2 min until softened. Add the peanut butter. Cook over a low heat for 2-3 min until well mixed.
Remove from heat. Stir in the chilli sauce, soy sauce and seasoning. Serve hot or cold.
