Strawberry puree

Fresh strawberries and blended with sugar to make a delicious puree. Simply use to top ice cream, fold into Greek yogurt or to complement your favourite dessert.

What you need

6 tsp caster sugar
450 g strawberries, rinsed and hulled

Method

  1. Put sugar and strawberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. Sieve to create a smooth puree.
