Home made beefburgers

You can't beat home made burgers!

What you need

675 g minced beef (about 15% fat content)
1 onion, finely chopped
seasoning
3 tsp oil, for brushing

Method

  1. Combine the beef and onion in a bowl. Season to taste.

  2. Divide the mixture into portions. With wetted hands, shape into burgers, about 6 cm (2 1/2 in) in diameter. Lightly brush with oil.

  3. Place on a prepared barbecue. Cook for 10-12 min, turning once.
