Chicken pasta salad
A simple and tasty main meal salad. A great way to use leftover cooked pasta and chicken.
What you need
- 225 g dried pasta shapes
- 175 g cooked chicken
- 100 g smoked ham
- 100 ml reduced fat mayonnaise
Method
Cook pasta, according to pack instructions. Drain. Cool under cold running water. Place in a large bowl.
Slice the chicken and ham into long strips. Mix into the pasta. Season to taste.
Add the mayonnaise. Toss into the pasta. Serve.
