Meethi lassi (Sweet yogurt drink)

A refreshing Indian drink.

What you need

300 ml natural yogurt
3 tsp caster sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cardamom
300 ml milk
4-5 drops rose water

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and rose water until smooth.

  2. With the motor still running, pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
