Meethi lassi (Sweet yogurt drink)
A refreshing Indian drink.
What you need
- 300 ml natural yogurt
- 3 tsp caster sugar
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 300 ml milk
- 4-5 drops rose water
Method
In a blender, combine the yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and rose water until smooth.
With the motor still running, pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
Serving suggestion
Serve over crushed ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon and finely pared lemon rind.
