French dressing

A classic dressing for salads. Sweeten with a little honey or sugar if wished.

What you need

175 ml olive oil
3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 tsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
seasoning

Method

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar.

  2. Shake together until well mixed. Pour over salad and toss together.
