French dressing
A classic dressing for salads. Sweeten with a little honey or sugar if wished.
What you need
- 175 ml olive oil
- 3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- seasoning
Method
Combine dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar.
Shake together until well mixed. Pour over salad and toss together.
Serving suggestion
Serve over your favourite salad ingredients or over lettuce leaves.
