Curly Italian salad
Use a selection of pretty lettuces for this easy leafy salad.
What you need
- 1 head curly endive lettuce, washed, dried and shredded
- 1 head radicchio lettuce, washed, dried and shredded
- 100 g mixed salad leaves
- 4 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- seasoning
- 90 ml olive oil
Method
Place lettuce and salad leaves in a large bowl.
Whisk together the vinegars and seasoning. Slowly whisk in the oil until dressing is smooth. Drizzle as much dressing as desired over the salad. Toss gently.
