What you need

400 g cranberry sauce
120 ml port
finely grated rind of 1/2 orange
1 orange, peeled and segmented

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a pan. Heat gently for 5 min. Leave to cool.

  2. Spoon into a serving dish.
