Cranberry sauce with port
Make bought cranberry sauce a little more special...
What you need
- 400 g cranberry sauce
- 120 ml port
- finely grated rind of 1/2 orange
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
Method
Place all ingredients in a pan. Heat gently for 5 min. Leave to cool.
Spoon into a serving dish.
Serving suggestion
Christmas lunch.
