Mango and carrot smoothie
Bursting with vitamin C and beta carotene...
What you need
- 1/2 mango
- 4 carrots
- 1 orange
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on a low speed for about 20 seconds. Gradually increase the speed to high for another 20-30 seconds.
Serve in a glass.
Serving suggestion
Serve cold.
