Lassi
This drink, made from yogurt, is often served with Indian cuisine. Vary the amount of sugar or salt to suit your taste, or your mood.
What you need
- 300 ml natural yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g caster sugar
- 1 1/4 l water
- 12 ice cubes
Method
Beat together well, the yogurt, salt and sugar.
Add the water. Mix well.
Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes.
Serving suggestion
Decorate with grated lemon rind and mint leaves.
