Lassi

This drink, made from yogurt, is often served with Indian cuisine. Vary the amount of sugar or salt to suit your taste, or your mood.

What you need

300 ml natural yogurt
1 pinch salt
50 g caster sugar
1 1/4 l water
12 ice cubes

Method

  1. Beat together well, the yogurt, salt and sugar.

  2. Add the water. Mix well.

  3. Serve in tall glasses with ice cubes.
