Kakir raita - cucumber raita
Serve this with Indian cuisine. A refreshing condiment - and it cools the palate if too spicy for any of your guests.
What you need
- 250 ml natural yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
In a bowl, beat the yogurt. Add the cucumber and pepper.
Mix well.
Serving suggestion
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
