Creamy curry sauce
What you need
- 25 g butter
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 2-3 tsp curry powder
- 25 g plain flour
- 600 ml milk
- seasoning
Method
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and cook until onion is transparent.
Sprinkle in the curry powder and flour and stir well. Cook for about 3 min.
Add the milk, and stir to avoid any lumps. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 min. Season to taste.
