Creamy curry sauce

What you need

25 g butter
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
2-3 tsp curry powder
25 g plain flour
600 ml milk
seasoning

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and cook until onion is transparent.

  2. Sprinkle in the curry powder and flour and stir well. Cook for about 3 min.

  3. Add the milk, and stir to avoid any lumps. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 min. Season to taste.
