Mustard sauce
This sauce can be served hot or cold. Use a yellow mustard in this recipe - either English or French is fine - to get a good colour.
What you need
- 15 g butter
- 2-3 tsp ready prepared mustard
- 2 tsp wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- seasoning
- 1 pinch paprika
- 2-3 tsp cream
Method
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the mustard.
Stir in the vinegar, sugar, seasoning and paprika.
Stir in the cream. Mix well.
Serve hot or cold as required.
