Gin and tonic
A classic mix.
What you need
- 50 ml gin
- 150 ml tonic water
- 1 slice lemon or lime
Method
Take a highball glass and pile in some ice. Pour gin over ice.
Add fresh, chilled, tonic.
Place a slice or wedge of lemon or lime into the glass.
Stir to infuse.
