Individual ham and asparagus quiches
These bite-sized hors d'oeuvres are ideal for entertaining large groups of people.
What you need
- 25 g asparagus spears
- 25 g ham
- 8 mini pastry croustade cases
- 1 medium egg
- 65 ml milk
- 50 ml double cream
- seasoning
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Finely dice the asparagus and ham. Divide between the cases.
Whisk the egg well. Add the milk and cream. Season and mix well.
Pour into the cases and place on a baking tray. Cook in oven for about 10-15 min, or until set and golden brown in colour.
Serve hot or chilled, as preferred.
