French dressing
Make more than you need and keep chilled.
What you need
- 60 ml olive oil
- 3 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp soft brown sugar
- seasoning
- 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth, or whisk vigorously in a bowl. Alternatively, place in a screw top jar and shake well.
Keep chilled until required.
