Crunchy chicken wings

These easy to make chicken wings are great for a light summer supper served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

What you need

8 chicken wings
60 ml flour
seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
50 g sesame seeds
To garnish
1 pinch paprika
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Trim the chicken wings. Season the flour and place into a large, clean polythene bag. Add the chicken wings and shake well.

  3. Dip the wings in the beaten egg, then the sesame seeds, and place on a baking tray.

  4. Bake for 15-20 min until pale golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika, or chilli powder, and parsley. Serve immediately.
