Crunchy chicken wings
These easy to make chicken wings are great for a light summer supper served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
What you need
- 8 chicken wings
- 60 ml flour
- seasoning
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 50 g sesame seeds
- To garnish
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Trim the chicken wings. Season the flour and place into a large, clean polythene bag. Add the chicken wings and shake well.
Dip the wings in the beaten egg, then the sesame seeds, and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 min until pale golden brown and cooked through.
Sprinkle with paprika, or chilli powder, and parsley. Serve immediately.
Serving suggestion
New potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
