Yogurt and pesto dip

Great for entertaining large numbers, this is a delicious dip, served with a selection of raw mixed vegetables.

What you need

200 g greek yogurt, drained
3 tsp pesto sauce
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Mix together the yogurt, pesto and pepper until well combined.

  2. Spoon into a serving dish.
